I wrote a post a couple of weeks ago talking about the new direction for onlinestorage.com. Well, I’m happy to report that there has been a lot of progress in that regard. Most importantly, I rounded up 3 new writers for the site that are experts in their field. The people I’ve rounded up are A+ certified, on the CompTIA board, write for Technibble, and other respected publications. So, I think visitors to onlinestorage.com are going to be impressed with the quality of content we’ll be posting. They all have their first writing assignments in the pipeline and I look forward to posting them by early September.

In addition to the new content writers I had a new look and feel developed for the site. There is a preview of this below. As you can see a lot more focus has been placed on the content and there is nothing to do with affiliate links or anything like that. We will have a questionnaire that guides visitors through a series of questions, which will then make recommendations, but that will be the extent of the affiliate relationships on the site. The main focus on the site will be writing amazing content about the Online Storage industry and our long-term goal is to become the de facto industry resource for that.

Welcome to the new onlinestorage.com.  If you had us bookmarked and landed here you might think you came to the wrong place.  You didn’t come to the wrong place – it’s just that we decided to take a totally different direction with the site.  Instead of promoting various affiliate programs dealing with online storage, we are going to strive to become a resource for anything and everything to do with online storage, online backup, cloud storage, etc.  This includes technical articles and in depth reviews of products and services.  Over the next several weeks we will be recruiting writers in the industry that are experts in their niche.  This will provide our community with compelling content and unbiased answers to their questions.  Until then there won’t be anything all that exciting here, but we encourage you to come back in a few weeks and check on our progress.
